A day with Hazel

Hazel lives a pretty great life. She gets pretty much everything that she wants when she wants it. Don't we all wish we could have such a luxurious life. Although I have to admit my life is really great too. Justin is very kind to me and lets me sleep at night while he gets up with her on the weekends. I tell you what, it is such a nice break. I don't know what I would do with out him and my full nights of sleep.

Friday Hazel was awake almost all day long. Which meant Friday night she feel asleep around 6 pm and slept until 5:30 am the following morning and only woke up twice. It worked out great because it gave Justin and I a night to ourselves. We enjoyed a nice dinner that we cooked together, followed by some much needed nice and quiet alone time.

Saturday morning Justin got some extra cuddles from Hazel. Aren't my babies so cute!!!!

I got some batteries for the camera so to celebrate we had a little photo shoot. I know I look like death warmed over but just focus and that super cute baby girl. Sorry that her eyes are red. This was the best one I could find.

We also enjoy some fun Bumbo time. She is a very strong girl and has great control of her head and neck.
After a long day of play it is time for a bath. She is just now starting to discover that bath time is not all bad and was actually playing and having a good time, so I run to get the camera and come back to this face. This was the happiest one of her. Sad right?

Then it is off to bed. Good night baby girl!

  1. That is soooo cute! I ca not believe her holding her tiy little head up. She looks so little to be doing such a big girl thing. I love the pic with Justin and Hazel asleep. Nothing like a daddys girl. You look great nancy! I can not wait to see you and her in March. I am counting down the days. Give Hazel Love for me!
